Welcome to Tonge Fold Health Centre
We are a long established 5 partner practice based in Tonge Fold Bolton.
We have a low turnover of staff and patients and believe that we offer a high quality, personal service where the patient gets to know their doctor and vice versa.
Although patients are allocated a named accountable GP, the doctors do not operate personal lists, so any patient can choose to see any of our GPs.
You can use our website to find out more about the practice.

The Health Centre
All services are provided from Tonge Fold Health Centre, the premises are owned by the doctors.
There is wheelchair access to all areas, and disabled toilet facilities. The centre is all on one level.
Baby changing and feeding areas are available, please ask at reception.
There is airconditioning for patient comfort.
We are very easy to find and there is always plenty of space to park.
For other access needs, please speak to our reception team, who will try to help you.
Who are GPs?
GPs are self-employed independent contractors to the NHS. They work together to employ staff in GP practices to provide services to patients.
We operate within Bolton, an area of the Greater Manchester Integrated Care Partnership.
For some things, we collaborate with other local practices, as part of the Breightmet and Little Lever Primary Care Network (PCN).

Feedback
We welcome feedback, especially when things go well, however, we know that this is not always the case.
We know that complaints and dissatisfaction often arise from miscommunication.
If you have a complaint or any feedback, good or bad, our practice manager, Elaine Leatham, is always happy to speak to you and to try to address your concern.
Please contact the reception to arrange to speak to her.
If she is not able to resolve your concern in the first instance, she can inform you of the next steps to raise your concern further.
If your complaint or concern is regarding our practice manager, please contact the reception, who will arrange for you to speak to one of the practice partners.
